Surface hardness of 210 HB;High-rigidity,close-grained and stress-relieved cast ironGG-25 made.Twice annealing heat treaments at a tempermets at a temperature in the range of 600-700.Having connection atthe base and the grooves (size will be determined as per the customer according to sizes of T-slots).
Precision grade:
Surface angle plate is available as being Grade 1,2 or 3 as per DIN876 Standards.
1 Vertical working surface flatnesss accuracy +/-0.05mm/m (DIN 876/I Grade Flatness);
2 Vertical working surface perpendicularity 0.025mm/300mm
3 Overall perpendicularity is 0.1215mm.
